The total work load is the amount of work allocated to a resource for a given period of elapsed time. The Resource Histogram shows the work load for a resource you specify.
To calculate a resource’s work load, MacProject II looks at each task to which the resource is assigned. MacProject II considers the resource to be allocated during the spans of time covered by its resource durations, plus any nonworking time in the interim, such as weekends. If two resource durations overlap, they both count for the period in which they overlap.
